Upon graduation from high school Chad applied his skills in several different areas till he found his passion in Aviation. He graduated from Hallmark Institute of which he received his A&P and his Associate Degrees in Airframe and Powerplant Aviation Technology in July of 2000.
Cessna Aircraft Company was the start of his aviation career as a technician and ended as the General Manager for the San Antonio facility (the same facility he started his aviation career). Chad’s aviation career spans 32 different countries and working with everyone from a new technician in India to governments setting up VIP flight departments. During his time internationally he supported organizations setting up their first maintenance repair facilities who have gone onto having multiple locations across Europe and Asia. Chad is also responsible for the startup and development of two Textron owned facilities; one in Singapore and the other in Dallas, Tx.
In 2013 Chad moved back to San Antonio so he could care for his mother. Textron did not originally have any opportunities in San Antonio but found a way to support him as that always did. During his time in San Antonio, he moved up with each opportunity till he was the General Manager.
July of 2022 Chad retired from aviation because of the opportunity to go into business with his wife and daughter. Most people drive to be different things in their lives and Chad is no different. Chad’s only ambition is to be the best husband and father possible. He started his career in aviation to provide for his family, he moved internationally to put his children in the best schools and provide a worldly experience. Now he is helping build the dreams of his wife and children. He has dreams to start a community STEM center in Blanco Tx for the youth in the area that know him from his time as a youth football coach.
