Taylor Mercier,

Sr. Vice President, University Operations

Taylor Mercier is ºìÐÓÊÓÆµâ€™s senior vice president of University Operations, reporting to CEO Joe Fisher.  In this role, he is responsible for setting and managing the strategic direction of the University, which includes the oversight of the University’s technological innovation programs and brand reputation.  Taylor also serves as the executive leader responsible for the oversight of the University’s Information Technology, Data Analytics, Institutional Effectiveness, and Compliance departments.

Taylor joined ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ in 2006 to develop and lead Hallmark’s Information Technology division.  During this time Taylor oversaw the successful implementation of a new technical architecture which included the design and adoption of key learning delivery and information systems.  Taylor was instrumental in progressing Hallmark’s educational delivery and support models to modern practices including online and hybrid delivery formats.  In 2013, Taylor undertook the additional responsibilities of leading the University’s marketing and brand reputation strategies. Since which Taylor has successfully built and lead numerous new divisions within the University including Marketing, Data Analytics, and Institutional Effectiveness.  Prior to his appointment as SVP of University Operations, Taylor has previously served as Hallmark’s Chief Information Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.

Before joining ºìÐÓÊÓÆµ, Taylor owned and operated an independent IT Services and Consulting firm he established when he was 15.  Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
