William C. “Bill” Fisher is President of Investment Advisory Group, LLC. He has helped raise more than $4B in capital for privately held companies and large financial institutions over a 40-year career. Mr. Fisher has worked for a large, international bank, ABN Amro; a bank consulting company; a boutique, privately-held investment bank, Ziegler; and large financial institutions including Prudential Financial and Alliance Bernstein. He has helped raise capital for private companies like Sotheby’s, Viacom, The Texas Rangers Baseball Club, and Clear Channel Communications, to launch new products or divisions.

Mr. Fisher founded Investment Advisory Group, LLC 16 years ago to assist the senior living industry with locating investment advisory firms to help manage their investment portfolios. During this time, he also wrote a monthly Financial News column for McKnight’s Long Term Care News, an industry-leading publication in senior living. Prior to starting Investment Advisory Group, LLC, Mr. Fisher helped build a new investment services division within Ziegler and helped grow assets under management to $2B.

Bill Fisher has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from Lake Forest College. He is married to Sue, his wife of 22 years, and has two sons.

Today, Mr. Fisher is actively involved with his community helping nonprofits raise funds; serving at Currey Creek Baptist Church in Boerne; and helping other nonprofits with community outreach. In addition, he is serving on two, for-profit Boards in different industries. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
